The College provides children with a caring and inclusive learning environment and a support system to ensure their overall development and well-being through individual and group counselling, life skills education, and college and career counselling.

The college counsellors help children cope with the emotional and psychological issues arising out of academic challenges, learning difficulties, behaviour management, emotional disturbances and peer group dynamics. The counsellors meet the students, consult and collaborate with the teachers and the parents, identify their social and emotional issues, and help them resolve their concerns through appropriate interventions.
